Should NH add an income tax on earned income?
Against an income and/or sales tax. On a property tax cap: "The 'some formula' that I have seen discussed is to base the cap on income. Capping property tax for lower income taxpayers would necessarily shift the burden to the upper income levels. This would, in effect, turn the property tax into an income tax. I am opposed to the income tax."
