Summary:
Requires the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to provide quarterly reports regarding Medicaid enhancement for children and pregnant women for the two-year period ending June 30, 2027; after that, reports would be annual. The bill repeals an indefinite, quarterly reporting requirement. The Medicaid enhancement provides 12-months of coverage after a mother gives birth.
