Various changes to on-premise and off-premise liquor licenses, add misdemeanor penalty for trespassing on land

Summary:

Makes various minor changes to the laws relative to on-premise and off-premise liquor licenses.

The Senate amended the bill to add the text of SB 504. That bill revises the law against criminal trespass so that it is a misdemeanor to enter open space land for reasons other than recreation where the owner has posted "no trespass except for skiing, snowshoeing, fishing, hunting, hiking, or nature observation."

The House approved this addition after a conference committee.
