"While I applaud the goal of minimizing our environmental footprint. Government should not force its citizens into a dictated choice. Energy costs are already handicapping NH from attracting new businesses and they burden residents with limited finances. Energy cost make up almost 10% of our financially limited residents income. I will not support policies that harm both New Hampshire's financial growth through new and growing businesses or its residents financial independence from the government."
