"Like what? Our climate and our continents have always been changing. There was a time when the planet's atmosphere was reductive, not containing any oxygen. Thank God there was climate change! we all want to protect the planet and have clean water, clean air. Remedial programs need to be reasonable and practical, utilize materials that are fully compostable, and not put people out of work. Such climate change policies unlike similar programs in the past, need to be global in scale and not merely vilify the United States."

"The system needs to be re-examined for federal monies that come with strings attached. All state contracts that come from federal sources need to be thoroughly examined for strings like mandating the contracts allow competition from in-state providers, allow a preference for veteran providers, do not come with requirements that they come from only 'federal sources.' The whole system needs to be thoroughly re-examined, reworked and then closely monitored."
