"Yes, I support the 2nd amendment.
"Having grown up in the military, I know the meaning of serve, honor and protect.
"We all have the right to protect ourself, our families, and our country. I will never waiver from that position. In today’s volatile environment , it is important, now more than ever to be committed to your principles. This is one of mine. I will never understand why people want to give up that right. It becomes a slippery slope when you start looking at red flag laws and how the goal post can continue to be moved until you have lost all rights to protect yourself and those you love."
