Do you support giving voters who register without ID on Election Day a ballot that only counts if they return identifying documents to the state before a deadline?

"The first thing I did when I turned 18 was registered to vote. I grew up in a state that required you to register 30 days prior to any vote. Vote security is an important issue with me. As a Veteran voting is sacred to me and is an important part of Americanism. College students should not be able to register to vote using the dormitory as a local address. If a student is living off campus and paying rent for the domicile they should be able to vote. Just showing up a polling location the day of election is bad news. It implies the person didn't care enough to take care of registering prior to the election, they most likely didn't spend much time researching candidates. This stresses the election system by allowing registration on election day and I resent it."
