"The lack of available housing and affordable housing is a very complex issue. Jobs and population have shifted to the southern part of the state increasing the demand and cost of housing. Zoning did not create this problem. We need a higher minimum wage, help for first time home buyers, down-sized living options for seniors, and support for the homeless."
