Should New Hampshire ban abortions during the first trimester (e.g. after 6 weeks gestation)?
"I do not support changing the existing law. Abortion is legal in NH for any reason for the first 6 months with medical exceptions after that. The notion that we need to guarantee the right to an abortion in state law implies that if the state does not explicitly say you can do something that it is somehow illegal. Setting that precedent would mean every single thing a person does (eating, breathing, sleeping, ect) would need to be codified into statue."

Should New Hampshire government do more to address climate change?
"I believe the climate is changing, however the market has begun to address this. Most climate change legislation is built around corporate giveaways. Those same corporations also happen to be large political donors."

Should the state do more to encourage municipalities to remove zoning barriers to housing development?
"Zoning is the core reason we have a housing shortage. We need to find a balance between proper zoning and maintaining the rural nature of our state and our single family neighborhoods."

Do you support legislation to expand the net energy metering system capacity cap from 1 MW to 5 MW for all residential and commercial customers in New Hampshire?
"My issue with net metering is that is sells at the retail rate and not the wholesale rate. While I am OK with small amount of net metering for the interest of diversifying our grid, at some point it becomes another corporate giveaway."

Should the state increase funding for child care providers?
"As a childcare center owner, I can tell you, state funding is not the issue. The solution is to fix the regulatory environment surrounding the industry and getting more people into the workforce. Childcare centers have over 100 pages of regulations and the background check process delays hires. State aid, while welcomed, is a Band-Aid that does not fix the underlying problems."

Should New Hampshire add legal protections for residents of other states who travel here for health care related to abortion or gender transition?
"Again, we do not need to codify things into law that are not currently illegal. States may not prosecute crimes committed in other states, so while this sounds good at first glance it once again sets up a precedent of codifying every single human activity into our RSAs."
