"According to the Second Amendment, every law abiding, mentally competent citizen has the right to protect themselves, their family, and their property. The Second Amendment does not give an individual the right to take innocent lives. We must do a better job of identifying those who do not qualify to have a weapon, and improve the safeguards of making sure that these individuals never have access to weapons."

"My plan creates millions of great paying, six figure income jobs to achieve Sustainable Energy Independence and to improve our infrastructure. This will increase our tax base to cover every citizen with health insurance. Currently the United States is the only Western Industrialized Nation that does not have free healthcare for all. This will change under my administration."

Should the U.S. make illegal border crossings a civil rather than criminal offense?

"Once we have secured our border by doubling the number of Border Patrol Agents, my plan, 'Service for Freedom' will go into action. Anyone wishing to come into the United States that can not afford to financially gain their citizenship will be given positions in local, state, and federal government for four years. During this four year period, the immigrants will learn the English language, learn about the history of our nation, and earn a wage that is taxable. These individuals will earn their citizenship at the end of their four years of service. This actually is already a law. Under my administration we will expand this law."

"I support federal funding for planned parenthood, but I do not support federal funding for abortions. We must respect the religious freedom for all of our citizens who oppose abortion."

Should the federal government raise the minimum wage?

"Even if the minimum wage is raised to $15 nationwide, it is still the least amount of money that an employer legally has to pay his or her employees. Raising the minimum wage artificially will also increase inflation. On the contrary, my plan creates millions of great paying jobs that will improve our infrastructure and help us achieve Sustainable Energy Independence."

Should the federal government pass a law guaranteeing the right to an abortion as decided in Roe v. Wade?

"This is the one issue that has divided our nation. Pro Choice vs Pro Life... I have always believed that positive change comes easier when the people are given something that is better than what they currently have instead of taking something away. My plan does not overturn Roe vs. Wade because no one wishes to see back alley abortions come back into existence... But my plan does create an environment that will encourage women to have children. We can create this environment with Universal Childcare, free college tuition, and millions of great paying jobs. The greatest asset of our nation is our people, and the greatest asset of our people are our youth because they hold the future. As a Presidential Candidate that prides himself one finding common ground with everyone in order to create Unity, I believe that my plan will bring Americans together from both sides."

Should the federal government provide free tuition at public colleges and universities?

"The United States is the only Western Industrialized Nation that does not have free tuition to public colleges and universities. It takes approximately $60 billion annually to educate our young people in the public institutions, yet our federal government still wastes over $30 billion annually in the prohibition of marijuana use and incarcerating individuals for nonviolent crimes. As President, I intend to follow the precedent that was set by President Obama when he said that the federal government would not enforce the law on the state of Colorado. I will do this for every state which will save $30 billion annually. Then I will push for Congress to pass legislation that will legalize marijuana use in a way that is very similar to alcohol use. This will allow the government to fully regulate and tax the industry generating over $30 billion annually. This $30 billion in generated revenue added with the savings of $30 billion will give our government over $60 billion that will be used to make college tuition free at all public colleges and universities."

Should higher income brackets pay more in federal taxes than they currently do?

"My plan actually eliminates federal income tax for a family that makes less than $100,000 annually and replaces it with a revenue neutral value added tax. Income tax will remain the same for households that earn between $100,000-$999,999 annually. For those that earn over $1 million annually, a slight increase will be seen in federal income tax and loopholes will be removed to make sure that the rich pay their fair share in taxes."

"I agree with higher tariffs on imports from all countries that the United States currently runs a deficit. Instead of starting a trade war, as the current President has done with China, I would work for a diplomatic solution that both countries could accept."

"A majority of our citizens have lost faith in our federal government because of special interest groups with deep pockets that control our current lawmakers. As President I will push for legislation that will equal the playing field in all federal elections where a middle class citizen will be able to legitimately compete for office. I will also push for legislation requiring all lobbyists and special interest groups to stay out of contact with our lawmakers while Congress is in session."

"My plan will eliminate the $1.5 trillion in student loan debt. We must get our priorities in order by taking care of our own backyard instead of every other country's backyard. I will push to cut foreign aid in half which would free up more than $30 billion annually that would be used to eliminate student loan debt. Once this plan is enacted, every American citizen that currently has a student loan would be forgiven of their debt."

"I gave a speech in the Eiffel Tower in Paris back in July of 2017 where I took a bold stand against the current President's actions of withdrawing from the Paris climate agreement. Once elected, I will ensure that the United States once again joins the Paris climate agreement for the sake of our children and our children's children."
