"New Hampshire has always exceeded its RGGI targets. Placing a larger economic burden on the state absent additional modelling data is not something I would support. I would support adding 'new, modular' nuclear to the renewable portfolio standard to create a slot to encourage investment in that area."

"Solar is now a mature technology that can stand on its own. If net metering paid out at the generation rate, and not the default rate, I might consider an expansion. However, as long as the rebates are paid out at the default rate, people living on a modest income in trailer homes are subsidizing the installation costs of the more wealthy. I'll never support that."
