Do you support the “Education Freedom Account” program, which gives students access to the per-pupil share of state school funding to spend on private school or home school expenses?

"Public money should stay with public schools, where the public has oversight. Public schools are required to educate all children, cannot discriminate, and are held to high standards. Private and home schools are fine, but are not held to the same standards, are not required to take all students, and have no public oversight. And of course there's the constitutional issue. NH Constitution, Part First, Article 6 clearly states '...But no person shall ever be compelled to pay towards the support of the schools of any sect or denomination.' (June 2, 1784)"
