On the Strafford County Democratic Committee website Brown wrote, "The 'terror' of affordable housing is that it will bring in 'those people.' The truth is, we ARE those people. Nurses, teachers, town workers, police, firefighters, restaurant workers – all the people we depend on. Without these people, we have no community. Accessory Dwelling Units are a good start. Mobile park community ownership should be funded and supported."

New Hampshire needs to fund public education from general revenue. In my opinion, New Hampshire needs to bring back the investment/dividend tax to help fund education"
