Should the federal government ban certain "military-style" firearms, such as the AR-15?
"The federal government cannot be trusted with this kind of power. That's why are nation's founders warned us to always be on guard against those domestic enemies who might attempt to disarm the people. The Federalist Papers, and the Second and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution, are intended to be a shield against domestic terrorism by our enemies within our own government. All federal gun laws are unconstitutional and they should be repealed. So-called Federal Background Checks are unconstitutional and they are really a federal gun registry. Furthermore, the selling of firearms by government licensed dealers is unconstitutional as well."

Do you support abolishing any federal agencies or departments?
"I definitely support reforming all federal agencies to include downsizing them, decreasing their annual budgets, lowering wages, exercising better oversight authority; eliminating retirement plans; and much more. I believe service in the federal government should be just that, not a vacation for lazy tyrants to get rich while they work to strip the people they work for of their constitutional rights and God given liberties."

Do you support abolishing the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency and redistributing its duties?
"I support an immediate hold on all funding to ICE until such time as the President issues emergency orders preventing all immigration until such time as the members of Congress grow up, behave like responsible adults, and properly enacts appropriate federal laws to address national security and foreign invasion that is obviously being camouflaged and sold to us as illegal immigration."

Do you support a constitutional amendment limiting terms for U.S. representatives and senators?
"Absolutely! Although generally I feel that the ballot box solves this dilemma in most cases, it unfortunately doesn't always work. This is especially true with hypocrite Republicans who refuse to leave office despite their call for others to do so and now seek to make Donald Trump a dictator for life. Those fellas serving themselves in Congress presently, the ones from Kentucky, are prime examples of this hypocrisy. However, I do support amending the Constitution to cap their salaries, end their benefits and retirement packages, and to change how Supreme Court Justices and lower federal judges are put on the bench, removed from the bench, how long they can serve, and to set their salaries. I support amending the Constitution to allow the people to elect Supreme Court Justices; to replace three of them every three years with no retirement package."

Should the federal government combat inflation by requiring budget cuts to match any new federal spending?
"I support better fiscal management by Congress, downsizing the federal bureaucracy, defunding NASA, the CIA, the USDOJ and many other federal agencies, as well as ending the practice of using federal tax dollars to fund state and local police agencies."

Do you support a law that would allow U.S. officials to turn away migrants seeking asylum when the number of border crossings exceeds a certain number?
"I believe that there are many reasons to turn away unknown so-called migrants seeking asylum as a basis to enter the United States. The numbers alone are only one reason for my response to this question. We the people have the right, duty, and responsibility to defend our nation from attack by foreign enemies who seek to use immigration and the stupidity and/or treasonous actions of the many elected officials in Congress as cover to enter the United States with bad intent. The many do-nothings in Congress, in both parties, need to be fired ASAP."

Do you support a federal rule that would oblige automakers to make 50% or more of the vehicles they sell electric?
"I do support government mandates for automakers to build lighter (not necessarily smaller) and better vehicles using smaller gasoline and/or diesel electric hybrid engine configurations. Cars and trucks today are designed and built to rust and wear out prematurely so they can keep mass producing new vehicles for their own profit. This practice results in massive carbon emissions from the unnecessary production of over priced junk vehicles. I support a federal cap on new vehicle prices and new federal standards to make cars safer, lighter, and longer lasting. The buck stops here!"

Do you support revising Title IX to limit participation in female sports based on an individual's reproductive biology and genetics at birth?
"Absolutely. Leave girls alone. Boys that don't want to be boys, especially when their mothers want them to be girls, do not have the right to violate the rights of real girls. This form of manipulation and bullying by the mentally ill needs to be stopped by an act of Congress ASAP. Chris Pappas is a homosexual and because of this mental illness that he suffers from, he is unable to comprehend the indignation, discomfort, humiliation, and abuse that young women and girls are forced to endure at the hands of brainwashed and/or otherwise misguided boys who have been conditioned by evil adults to believe that they are girls. This should be a federal crime."

Do you support an expanded child tax credit that sends monthly payments to middle and low income families?
"I don't support this form of redistribution of wealth. This is a special welfare program based on the number of children one has. It unfairly, and illegally in my opinion, takes money from working class folks and provides child support from their paychecks to others who are parents and even grandparents. In fact, here in New Hampshire, grandmothers have even defrauded the federal government by illegally claiming their grandchildren as dependents in order to pay lawyers large amounts of money to kidnap children from their parents. The child tax credit is bad."

Do you support extending the Trump-backed Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) past 2025?
"I do support making these laws permanent. The rich are rich because they are smart enough to pay taxes. The middle should do the same and stop over funding a bureaucracy that is way too massive, incompetent, cruel and unusual, abusive, lawless, corrupt, dishonest, and just plain no damn good. The rich don't fund the government at all and yet they are treated like royalty by it. Shouldn't the people who actually pay taxes be treated than those who don't. I don't mean the poor folks who the middle class pay the police to abuse."

Should the federal government ban some abortions?
"According to the busy body Trump Republicans, abortion is a states right issue. Therefore, why would they want to make it a federal issue by enacting federal restrictions on any abortion issue? Personally, I would support a federal family and medical bill of rights law, that gives natural and adoptive parents broad rights to protect their children from state and local government officials and that would ensure safe, private, professional access to abortion for all women and children, especially in cases involving incest and rape. The federal government should defending a women's right to have access to an abortion provider. I do believe that abortions should be performed prior to 90 days. There is no legitimate basis to go beyond this point. At some point the life of the unborn needs to be recognized and preserved. However, the Republicans argue that this issue resides in the hands of state lawmakers. Therefore, it is moot issue for us to consider today."

Should the federal government pass a law guaranteeing the right to choose abortion before fetal viability (generally 24 weeks gestation)?
"The federal government must clearly act, and should have already instead of using this issue to get re-elected to a third term in Congress, right Chris? When I am elected to Congress, I pledge to fight for federal legislation to ensure that all parents and women have safe, private, professional abortion access and to make it a federal hate crime to illegally interfere with this right and to provide a mandatory minimum sentence for any person convicted of such crime. Women are not second class citizens Congressman Pappas. Shame on Chris Pappas for not fighting to defend a women's right to abortion at the federal level."

Do you support increasing military aid to Taiwan?
"No, for the reasons previously stated. Furthermore, if we act no differently than Communist China, by redistributing wealth for example, then we are no different than it. In fact, we are worse because we claim to be a non-communist country while we allow our Congress to function like one."

Should military aid to Israel include a requirement that Israel take certain actions to reduce civilian casualties?
"It is unconstitutional for Congress to steal any amount of money from the people of the United States and to redistribute it to foreign banks, governments, regimes, or terrorist organizations. This is very stupid and fraudulent in my opinion. With respect to Israel, I do believe that the United States should have taken action against Iran much earlier and it would have prevented its recent attacks on Israel and the countless suffering and loss of human life that has resulted from this massive failure. The attack on Israel was an attack on the United States of America. Our fellow citizens have been kidnapped, raped, tortured, and murdered. You don't end a war by surrendering to the enemy. You destroy the enemy before they destroy you. People have died and will continue to die from this war. The question is: Who should die? War isn't pretty but when people are forced into it by terrorist brutes who kill women and children, then it must be fought with a vengeance by the good people of the world."

Should the government legalize marijuana at the federal level?
"The federal government agencies charged with the power, duty, and responsibility to enforce federal marijuana laws are not presently doing their jobs, nor have they for decades. Therefore, the taxpayers are being defrauded of their money by Congress who funds these agencies but doesn't require them to do the job. It is also well known that all federal government agencies discriminate against individuals based on race, religion, sex, and other grounds when they selectively decide who they will apply the law against and who they wont. Enough!"

Should the federal government reform Social Security by requiring means testing?
"I support ending the Fentanyl Plandemic created by Congress and getting young adults out of the clutches of their police partner drug handlers and getting them back to work. More working people means more revenue to the federal government and more savings for retirement of the younger generations. Fixing Social Security Retirement is simple. Get the police off our backs, stop their forced drug addiction crime ring, and put people back to work building affordable homes, manufacturing products, developing technology, producing domestic energy, and such will increase the quality of life for all generations and it will help make the USA great again. Furthermore, if the federal government can afford to pay local, state, and federal bureaucrats and corrupt Supreme Court Justices massive retirement packages for working for only 20 years, then certainly it should reconsider changing that policy so that others working in the private sector can retire at age 60 and get an increase to their Social Security Retirement entitlement. Just saying."

Should the federal government amend the Affordable Care Act/"Obamacare" by automatically enrolling every citizen in Medicare, replacing most private insurance?
"I support individual medical freedom. I oppose any effort made by the federal government or the international cult of doctors to strip citizens of any country of their rights and liberties under the facade of providing government controlled healthcare. These are the same people that are now turning boys into girls, and girls into boys, and want to use their attempted grab for authority to disarm law abiding citizens. History too proves that doctors are among the most dangerous class of people. Let us never forget the horrors they forced upon millions during World War II."

Should the U.S. government continue to provide military aid to Ukraine (without putting U.S. soldiers on the ground)?
"The United States Congress should not be in the practice of embezzling U.S. tax dollars and giving it to foreign countries for any reason. This practice is both stupid and illegal. Therefore, every member of Congress that engaged in this illegal practice should be held criminally and civilly liable in a court of law, et al. These criminals are stealing our money from us, increasing the national debt, and provoking a no win war with Russia over a controversy that is none of our bloody business."

Do you support increasing federal enforcement of organized retail crime?
"State and local police seem to aid the criminals in this area more than they work to prevent it. I support the use of force by property owners and business staff to prevent theft and loss of life to the innocent. Stand your ground is a real alternative to crime prevention than making a call to the police so they can scheme to defraud voting taxpayers out of more and more money. It never ends. The police never have enough money or resources to protect the bad guys."

Do you support presidential action to bar asylum-seekers from staying in the United States before their court date?
"Normally I would simply be against unilateral presidential action to bar asylum-seekers from entering and staying in the United States before their court date. However, in light of the massive failure by Congress to act on this issue and the massive numbers of unknown invaders who have illegally entered, and continue to enter, I do support emergency powers to stop the invasion and to defend our country from attack, economic chaos, drug trafficking, human trafficking, home invasion, taking over Native American lands and homes, etc. We are being invaded by foreign enemies and members of Congress, including Congressman Chris Pappas, is using our tax dollars to aid the enemy. This is one of the many reasons why I am seeking to unseat him."
