"Since I am on the Hampton zoning committee, I have continued to study housing. In 2007, I warned politicians in NH that the foreclosures would be a problem. I would increase the trade education we lost during the Foreclosure era and retirement. So NH could have quality housing stock. I would help towns continue developing their 10-year planning program if they have enough facilities and workers. And if they can implement a sewerage system to support the increase in economic activity. I would see if the utilities need improvements and better connectivity, knowing that nearby Massachusetts is still 63% landline. The housing depends on the cost of lumber; right now, it is higher than it used to be."
