Do you support the “Education Freedom Account” program, which gives students access to the per-pupil share of state school funding to spend on private school or home school expenses?

"The EFA grant has minimal impact on public school funding and enrollment, while allowing families at 350% of the federal poverty rate or lower to access educational needs for their students that previously might have been unavailable to them. Several families in the district I serve have utilized these funds and have had great success with their students' education."

Should New Hampshire ban abortions during the first trimester (e.g. after 6 weeks gestation)?

"Most NH voters I have spoken with consider the current law, allowing elective abortions until 6 months gestation, to be extreme, and favor limiting abortion to earlier in a pregnancy. They also tend to view elective abortion in months 7,8 and 9 to be extreme. The current cultural climate in the state does not favor changing the current law. My answers above reflect my personal beliefs and how I would morally have to vote should reasonable proposed legislation come before the House."

Should the state increase funding for child care providers?

"This session, I sponsored HB 1584, which expanded access to in-home daycare by 1 additional child. We should work to find ways to continue to expand access to child care without impact on taxpayers."

Do you support New Hampshire’s current system of public school funding, with about two-thirds of total funding coming from local property taxes?
