Is police brutality an issue in NH?

"Police brutality is not a per se issue in NH, but it is just a matter of time. We need to address the fact that we require people to function in high stress situations where anyone can pull a gun at any time, for weeks, months or years without proper rest and decompression. We rotate our soldiers out of war zones better and more often then we allow police the chance to decompress. I do support body cameras for everyones protection and I support limiting military equipment for civilian police forces. If military equipment is needed, activate the National Guard"
