Do you support legislation to expand the net energy metering system capacity cap from 1 MW to 5 MW for all residential and commercial customers in New Hampshire?
"The cost of Interconnections in money and time are the big problem with the larger projects; the smaller projects are being built and continue growing apace as the Default Service price paid for renewable energy is a generous incentive for its continued growth. I don't think expanding projects to 5 MW will happen as quickly as the continued development of the smaller projects."
