"In a healthy democracy, citizens are encouraged to participate by exercising their right to vote. Contrary to this fundamental principal, the current Legislature has acted to restrict voting through voter identification laws that make it more difficult for certain groups of voters - students, the elderly, the poor, the disabled, and minorities from voting. As a legislator, I will work to ensure that all eligible citizens can vote in every election, making registration as easy as possible."

"I will also support policies that protect people's rights to organize and bargain collectively for wages, benefits, and safe and fair working conditions because the larger and healthier our middle class, the stronger and healthier our economy will be. That is why I will also oppose measures that would harm public and private sector employees and further shrink the middle class."

Increases the gas tax by four-cents per gallon and removes the toll at Exit 12 in Merrimack.
