In 2022, Griffin voted to keep the Education Freedom Account program (HB 1683). In 2023, Griffin voted for two bills that would expand eligibility for the Education Freedom Account program (HB 367 and HB 464). In 2024 Rep. Griffin voted in favor of several bills to expand eligibility for Education Freedom Accounts, including HB 1561, HB 1634, HB 1665, and HB 1677. Griffin also voted against HB 1512, which would limit the EFA program to a budget.

In 2023 Rep. Griffin voted to require cities and towns to allow four residential dwelling units on any single-family lot served by municipal water and sewer (HB 44). This could be a four-unit building, two duplexes, four single units, or four townhouses. In 2024 Griffin voted for HB 1291 (to increase rights of property owners to build accessory dwelling units) and HB 1399 (to make it easier to convert single family residence into two units), but voted against HB 1400 (to limit parking requirements, plus add tax credits for office conversions).

In 2023 Rep. Griffin voted to legalize private marijuana sales with a 12.5% excise tax (HB 639). However, in 2024 Griffin voted against legalizing marijuana with licensed outlets and a 10% tax on monthly total gross revenue (HB 1633).

Voted against raising the minimum wage to $9.50 in 2018 and $12 in 2019, with annual cost of living adjustments starting in 2020 (HB 115). In 2023 Griffin also voted against raising the minimum wage to $15 per hour (HB 57). In 2024 Griffin voted against gradually raising the minimum wage to $17 per hour, with future inflation adjustments (HB 1322).
