Do you support the “Education Freedom Account” program, which gives students access to the per-pupil share of state school funding to spend on private school or home school expenses?
"I am not intrinsically against a voucher program, but only if first, the general, state funded education system is vibrant and robust for all citizens. Currently, the EFA does not pass even the most lax definition of scrutiny. The accounting of the use of these funds is hidden behind the plea of 'proprietary' information by the fund administrator."

Should NH add an income tax on earned income?
"I view taxes as how each of us contributes to the betterment of our community. They should be fair, fiscally sound and have a good return on investment. For this reason, the state should regularly review its taxes with all options and possible changes on the table. What are their goals? Are they meeting those goals? Would some other measure accomplish those goals better? This discussion must include the dependence on property taxes and the role of any current or anticipated broad based taxes."

Do you support giving voters who register without ID on Election Day a ballot that only counts if they return identifying documents to the state before a deadline?
"the terms 'identifying' and 'deadline' are too easily contorted to allow a definitive answer, especially considering the potential for misunderstanding. The basic premise is all should have the ability to vote."

Do you support New Hampshire’s current system of public school funding, with about two-thirds of total funding coming from local property taxes?

Should New Hampshire add legal protections for residents of other states who travel here for health care related to abortion or gender transition?
"Not sure adding such laws are currently necessary. Certainly if out of state patients couldn't receive care, this would have to be corrected."
