I can't say I would never vote for sales or income taxes but it would only be after I am confident there is no other viable source of revenue to meet the states needs. We aren't there in my opinion."

"As with my thoughts on business taxes, there are two groups involved here. Small businesses should absolutely receive tax credits to help develop that level of business within our state. Large corporations that want to operate in our state should not be eligible for subsidies and only eligible for tax credits if they are actually paying their fair share of taxes and their investment will benefit the people of New Hampshire directly."
