"The lack of workforce housing is hurting individuals and businesses throughout the state. The state should be working with municipalities to address this significant issue. However, I do not believe that changing zoning is the only solution - an examination of all factors will be necessary to craft a sensible and sustainable solution that meets the needs of landowners, businesses, and workers alike."
