"With New Hampshire's ongoing shortage of affordable housing options, we need to encourage more building throughout the state, in particular more starter homes. Oftentimes, government regulations and red tape, both local and state, get in the way and slow down or halt the building process. We need to eliminate all unnecessary barriers that are preventing much needed new construction."
