Should New Hampshire ban abortions during the first trimester (e.g. after 6 weeks gestation)?

"These are more of the slippery slope questions that need in-depth conversations to be had and discussed. There should always be an option when it is a matter of life or death. I personally believe there should be options available in cases involving molestation rape and incest."

Citizens Count Issue Survey, 2022

Should New Hampshire ban abortions during the second trimester (e.g. after 15 weeks gestation)?

"These are more of the slippery slope questions that need in-depth conversations to be had and discussed. There should always be an option when it is a matter of life or death. I personally believe there should be options available in cases involving molestation rape and incest."

Citizens Count Issue Survey, 2022

Should New Hampshire ban discussions about sexual orientation and gender identity in grades K-3?

"There is no reason to be discussing gender identity to children under high school grades and I would consider questionable whether should even be taught in high school. There should be accommodations made for students to reach out to their school counselors if they have troubles finding someone in their personal lives to talk through their issues. This is another one of those questions that could be interpreted poorly, answered poorly, read poorly because I would have said the same thing 3 years ago, 10 years ago, 30 years ago those conversations do not and never have needed to be told under 3rd grade."

Citizens Count Issue Survey, 2022

Do you support the state law that bans teaching certain concepts, such as the idea that people may be "inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive, whether consciously or unconsciously"?

"That question is asked very broadly and answered or read out of context could be very detrimental. I personally do not believe in many of the things that are labeled as " woke " need to be taught in school. I do believe that history should be taught and 100% transparent. As beautiful of a country as we have there is ugliness in the past and it should be discussed and we should learn from those mistakes and move forward."

Should New Hampshire government do more to address climate change?

"This is another one of those questions that requires an in-depth conversation and not just a quick thought put into a little box. I think the climate is changing and I think we need to focus on living in that new world, but I also feel we need to protect the natural world around us."

Citizens Count Issue Survey, 2022

Do you support giving voters who register without ID on Election Day a ballot that only counts if they return identifying documents to the state before a deadline?

Citizens Count Issue Survey, 2022

Should New Hampshire add a fee or mileage charge for electric vehicle owners to help pay for transportation and/or electric infrastructure?

"I feel that people with internal combustion engines need to worry about how to fuel their vehicles, and the gas stations provide that service. I feel if you were going to procure an electric vehicle you need to be the one that figures out how you were going to charge your electric vehicle and I believe the free market will see a need in someone will fill it. Add electric chargers at gas stations, create side of the road charging stations accommodations can be made in some basic infrastructure might be needed but for the most part I don't see it as a government issue."

Citizens Count Issue Survey, 2022

Citizens Count Issue Survey, 2022

Should New Hampshire extend the renewable portfolio standard past 2025, requiring public utilities to obtain more than 25% of electricity from renewable energy sources?

Citizens Count Issue Survey, 2022

Do you support the option of mail-in ballots for all voters, not just absentees?

"I feel like protecting the electoral process in the greatest country on the face of this planet is Paramount. I feel it is so important that people that are interested in taking part in the electoral process need to be involved and make the steps to get to the polling locations and cast their votes in person whenever feasible."

Citizens Count Issue Survey, 2022

Do you support New Hampshire’s current system of public school funding, with about two-thirds of total funding coming from local property taxes?

"I believe most systems need a little revamping, a little adjusting. Exactly what those changes are I do not have enough information to make that decision at this time"

Citizens Count Issue Survey, 2022

Should the state permanently increase how much tax revenue it shares with towns and cities every year, beyond public school funding?

"Permanent is finite, I believe on a case-by-case basis and depending on what the environment is at the time totally changes our decisions like these are made my point is it would have to be on a case-by-case basis."
