"I do not support any voter ID move that does not include a very strong set of penalties for all attempts to interfere with legitimate voters exercising their right to vote, eg; false robo-calls to misdirect or imply that votes are already cast by registering, that voting dates are changed, locations are changed, etc., etc.. Penalties for such behavior should include significant monetary fines and jail time or public service work."
