Summary:
Consolidates licensing, auditing, and enforcement responsibilities for wholesale and retail e-cigarettes sales under the Liquor Commission.
The Senate amended the bill to clarify that tobacco tax certificates would be issued by the Department of Revenue Administration and licenses issued by the Liquor Commission.
