Require legislators to skip votes related to organizations they work with

Summary:

Defines "organization" for the purpose of determining the ethical duties of members of the general court. Generally speaking, this bill would require a legislator to recuse themselves from voting on an issue if they are compensated by and have "substantial influence" over an organization that has lobbied on the issue.

The House and Senate did not agree on a final version of this bill.
