Study consent and confidentiality laws for adolescent health care

Summary:

Requires parental consent before soliciting or arranging any surgery, medical examination, prescription, or mental health practice for a child. Parents would have a right to sue.

The Senate rewrote the bill. The new bill establishes a committee to study consent and confidentiality laws applicable to adolescent and young adult health care in New Hampshire.
