Direct DHHS to report on availability of abortion medication

Summary:

Directs the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to protect and expand access to "critical medications for reproductive health that are approved by the Food and Drug Administration, including, but not limited to, essential health care like medication abortion."

The Senate amended the bill to instead require DHHS to compile a report on the availability of mifepristone and misoprostol.
