Add RSV vaccine to law for assessment by vaccine association
Summary:
Revises the definition of vaccine for purposes of the New Hampshire vaccine association. In particular, this bill removes references to "preparations of killed microorganisms, living attenuated organisms, or living fully virulent organisms" and references to "life-threatening and disabling diseases."
The Senate rewrote the bill. The new bill defines "biological products" (such as monoclonal antibody products) for purposes of the assessment determination by the New Hampshire vaccine association.
The House also rewrote the bill. Their version of the bill specifically adds one vaccine, RSV vaccine, for assessment by the New Hampshire vaccine association.
