Remove requirement that state of New Hampshire have executory interest in LCHIP easements
Summary:
Removes the requirement that an executory interest be conveyed to the state of New Hampshire in all easements acquired through the use of LCHIP program funds. In other words, municipalities, counties, and other nonprofit groups could keep more legal power related to the use of program funds.
