Summary:
Reestablishes the Large Animal Veterinarian Education Repayment Program to help large animal veterinarians working in Coos, Carroll, Grafton, and/or Belknap counties to pay off student debt.
The Senate rewrote the bill. The new bill establishes a committee to study the scope and practice of veterinary technicians.
