Have OPLC maintain continuing education for physician assistants that have chosen not to maintain certification

Summary:

Requires the Board of Medicine to adopt rules to have the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) maintain continuing education for physician assistants who have passed their initial NCCPA certification but have chosen not to maintain their certification. This bill also exempts physician assistants from parts of state law relative to to the Board of Barbering, Cosmetology, and Esthetics.
