Create program for lodging to be exempt from Meals and Rooms Tax if offered for affordable rent
Summary:
Creates the Extended Stay Housing Program, which provides exemptions to the rooms and meals tax. To be eligible, a business would have to make up to 25% of rooms available at 125% or less of the estimated affordable monthly rent.
