Add information to annual report on medical marijuana program, allow home-growing
Summary:
Requires additional information in the annual report on the therapeutic use of cannabis program, such as the number of inspections of alternative treatment centers.
The Senate amended the bill, removing new laws related to "cannabis concentrate."
The House amended the bill to add back the text of HB 1231. That bill allows qualifying medical marijuana patients and caregivers to grow marijuana at home. There would be limits on the size of the growing operation. The Senate rejected this addition, killin the bill.
