Revise penalties for DUI, refusing sobriety test

Summary:

Sets maximum THC concentration levels for various driving offenses. This level would be determined through a blood test.

The Senate rewrote the bill. The new bill revises the penalties for driving while intoxicated or refusing to take a sobriety test. Generally speaking, this bill includes longer license suspensions.
