Rewrite law on clean energy districts
Summary:
Replaces the energy efficiency and clean energy districts statute with a commercial property assessed clean energy and resiliency (C-PACER) program. In general, both the original law and the new C-PACER program help finance energy efficiency and/or clean energy improvements in an area designated by a town or city.
