Establishes requirements for the placement and maintenance of automated external defibrillators (AED) at schools.
A conference committee of representatives and senators agreed on a final version of the bill that requires an individual trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) supervise organized school sports activities in grades 6-12.
