Summary:

Gives the Board of Medicine the authority to set the eligibility requirements and duration of licensure for physician residency programs.

The House rewrote the bill to make various changes regarding the licensing of and regulation of physicians, including transferring certain authority from the Board of Medicine to the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification.
