Summary:
Adds more details to how and when body-worn camera footage may be copied, distributed, or used in court proceedings, particularly when sharing evidence during discovery.
The Senate rewrote the bill to instead require the New Hampshire law enforcement accreditation commission to report on the issues around copying, distribution, or use of body worn camera images.
