Allow local revolving funds for EV charging stations, add a fine for parking in EV charging space
Summary:
Authorizes towns to create revolving funds for installation and maintenance of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. This bill also prohibits anyone (except emergency vehicles) from stopping, standing, or parking in a parking place designated for charging EVs.
