Prohibit drug manufacturers from adding requirements related to 340B program

Summary:

Generally prohibits a drug manufacturer from denying or restricting acquisition or delivery of a 340B covered drug. According to the federal Government Accountability Office, the 340B Program requires drug manufacturers to sell outpatient drugs at discounted prices at some hospitals for those drugs to be covered by Medicaid.
