Allow telemedicine prescriptions without pre-existing in-person relationship
Summary:
Allows the use of telemedicine to prescribe non-opioids, opioids classified in schedules II through IV, and glasses lenses without a pre-existing in-person relationship.
The Senate amended the bill so that an in-person relationship is still required for glasses prescriptions.
