Allow taxpayer who is denied a credit or exemption to request a public hearing
Summary:
Enables taxpayers whose applications for tax credits or exemptions have been denied to request and hold a public hearing with the assessing official who made that decision. The taxpayer would cover the cost of notifying property abutters of the public hearing.
