Limit women's sports based on sex at birth, for grade 6 through college
Summary:
Limits school sport teams based on the biological sex on each student's birth certificate issued at the time of birth. However, male sports would be open to all sexes. This bill would apply to grades 6 through 12, as well as public colleges and universities. Students would have a right to sue under the law.
