Establish domestic violence fatality review committee
Summary:
Establishes a domestic violence fatality review committee within the Department of Justice. The committee would identify barriers to victim safety, evaluate the response by law enforcement and other agencies, and create recommendations to improve the systemic and community response to domestic violence.
