Federal Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act
Summary:
Prohibits anyone with male reproductive biology and genetics at birth from participating in a school athletic program or activity that is designated for females. This bill amends Title IX, a federal law that prohibits sex discrimination in educational settings.
