Amends licensing laws that regulate land surveyors, landscape architects, alcohol and other drug use professionals, mental health practitioners, professional engineers, psychologists, architects, podiatrists, the boxing and wrestling commission, auctioneers, electricians, professional bondsmen, nurse agency registration, doula and lactation specialists certification, manufactured housing licensing, medical, imaging professionals and radiation therapists, and septic system evaluators.
