Require the Lottery Commission to issue at least 3 mobile sports wagering agent licenses
Summary:
Requires the Lottery Commission to issue licenses to at least 3, but no more than 5, mobile sports wagering agents within 2 years of the effective date of this act, and provides that such licenses shall be valid for a period of 10 years. New Hampshire currently has an exclusive contract with DraftKings to offer sports betting.
